Newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home with my small studio setup. This includes an assortment of props in different colors and styles as well as lighting, fabric backdrops and flooring designed for your newborn. A few lifestyle sibling and/or parent pictures can also be included at the beginning of your session. Sessions can last 3-4 hours on average, so sit back, relax and let me do all the work. Package includes your choice of 8 digital images from a variety of poses and looks in your gallery. Additional images may be purchased, which I highly recommend because I take a lot!

It is best to do newborn sessions when your baby is around 8-10 days old. That way they are still in that super sleepy stage to get all those adorable squishy poses and wraps. If your baby is a little older, no worries, they’ll try to get you in as soon as possible. Sometimes if they are older, like 3-4 weeks, they can be more alert and a little harder to pose. But I still do everything I normally do, try to get some poses in and some extra wrapping may be needed.
